1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Full names (as per passport or ID) must be provided at the time of booking.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email/voucher is issued.
2. Payment Policy
- Payments must be made via secure channels (online payment gateway, bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
- A minimum deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the service provider.
- Late or failed payments may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges vary by airline, hotel, or service provider and are applicable as per their policy.
- Our agency service fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–21 working days, depending on provider timelines.
- For no-shows, no refunds will be issued.
4. Change/Amendment Policy
- Changes to bookings (dates, names, etc.) may incur additional charges.
- All changes must be requested in writing (email or official form).
- Name changes may not be allowed by airlines or hotels once tickets/vouchers are issued.
5. Travel Document Policy
- Passengers must carry valid passports, visas, ID cards, and travel insurance as required.
- The agency is not responsible for denied boarding/entry due to incomplete or incorrect documents.
6. Hotel Policy
- Check-in/check-out times are based on hotel policy.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for hotel check-in.
7. Car Rental Policy
- Drivers must hold a valid driving license.
- Fuel, tolls, and parking charges are not included unless specified.
- Car rental companies may require a security deposit or credit card authorization.
8. Travel Insurance
- It is highly recommended (or mandatory for certain destinations) to have travel insurance.
- We can assist in providing options but do not act as insurers.
9. Agency Service Charges
- Our service fees for flight/hotel/car bookings are included in the package or disclosed transparently at the time of booking.
- These charges are separate from supplier fees and are non-refundable.
10. Responsibility & Liability
- The agency acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party suppliers.
- We will provide assistance but are not responsible for service disruptions beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
11. Privacy Policy
- Customer data is securely stored and only shared with service providers for booking purposes.
- We do not sell or misuse customer information. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
12. Dispute Resolution
Customers may reach out to our support team for complaints or service issues.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration in the jurisdiction of the company’s registered office.
